Beer Can Mushroom Burger

Options
Lots of talk about "beer can burgers" on the facebook, so I gave it a try. Took some local grass fed beef, hollowed it out, and filled it with some sauteed onion and local Shiitake and brown mushrooms, a little Swiss on the bottom and Cheddar on top, and on the Mini... 

 

Plated with a local hothouse heirloom tomato Caprese Salad on the side. That's a mighty fine dinner
