Two butts and a rack

Options
Smoked two pork butts and a rack of spares over peach wood at 300 degrees on Saturday. Seasoned with Honey Hog Hot and Honey Hog. Should have gone heavier on the Hot. Glazed at the end with a 50/50 mix of Sweet Baby Rays and Pork Barrel BBQ sauces. 

Forgot to get a pic of the butts, but they were "real thick and juicy"  =)
