I had saved this recipe for months and finally got around to making it today. I used beef instead of the traditional lamb (not a fan of lamb). Quick and easy, and the family raved about it.

Looks like your skewers are Steve Raichlen, here is another source I found a few years back. better price.

12 per package no handle as the wooden ones eventually burn--know from eggsperience.
Have been known to skewer many chicken whole wings on the flat skewers and cook on BGE either direct or indirect.
