Tigers got smoked today... On Miggys birthday no less
gotta love having the egg going for hours anywhere from 300 to 600 and cooking different stuff. Decided to do some chicken sausage I got at Sam's today. Sipping Titos after drinking about 2L of seltzer this afternoon.

Thanks guys! The chicken sausage is great, as a standalone dish, I would not use it for gravy, pork sausage for that only!
