I can't say enough how great the AR is. Since getting it I've been cooking several things at once and having enough to get us through the week on leftovers (more or less). My wife is so happy because she's barely had to cook (other than veggies or a side) during the week, after getting home from work.
Whitetail tenderloins, steelhead, potatoes and brocolini
Pheasant legs, a big ol' 2.5lb whitetail meatlof, potatoes and peppers
The meatloaf was amazing! Cooked nearly 3 hours at ~250*, way longer than I had anticipated. Good thing I had the legs on as well, SWMBO was getting a tad cranky waiting for food
Then last night it was chicken thighs, some big snapper filets, potatoes and a few shrooms to clean out the fridge.
These are all quite basic meals compared to a lot of you super chefs, but my confidence is growing and it feels great!

The AR is an amazing tool and I see you have the D Extender. Here is a tip: I cook my pizza high in the dome on the extender. I put the Round Ceramic Pizza Stone directly on the extender and the pizza comes out perfect. AR is also handy for spatchcocking a Turkey. Good Luck. It is the best tool in the arsenal.Milton, GA.
