Update:
First....I want to express my deep appreciation to all those whom commented and kept us in your prayers.
Landon went through a litany of tests to try and determine what may have caused his seizures. The end result was there was no recognizable cause thank you God. His neurologist is of the belief that it was the direct result of a virus although none was found. 
A bit of backstory....
Two days prior to his episodes he was having an unusually quiet morning with my daughter who was working on her blog and Landon under the desk playing when out the the blue he said." Shhhhh. .mommy,  there's Charley. My daughter stopped.dead in her tracks and said what? Landon said Charlies in the kitchen..My daughter of course freaks out without alarming him and says who's Charley? Landon replies he's in the kitchen and then says no he's in the pantry now. She asked if Charlie is his friend he says no he's not nice. She asks are you scared? He replies yes and she asked him if he would like to get in her lap which he proceeded to do and then projectile vomited all over her.
The point here is that when they had there first appt. With the neurologist the very first question he asked was has Landon had any visions or omens recently?
She immediately  looks at my wife wide eyed and says yes. We'll the doctor explains it is very common for children to have them and is frequently a precursor to a seizure.  Whoddathunkit. .....
The doctor is convinced that Landons episodes were the result of some form of virus although none was found. He said he would bet they will never have the need to see him again.
We are beyond grateful to everyone involved and those whom prayed for us when we needed it most.
