Making burger balls

I was going to attempt this beef sushi recipe that's floating around, but I didn't like the look of the only bacon I had in the fridge... so, burger balls it is. Minced ground beef with some RunninWild Peach meat rub mixed in, formed around a pint glass, filled with a few layers of sautéed veggies and cheese (think meat parfait). They've been on the Egg indirect at 350 for maybe 15 minutes. In another 10-15, I'll see how they're holding up. The sides are pretty thick, but the bottoms are thin.





This is also the first cook with my SmokeWare chimney cap. So far, it seems to be behaving just fine.
