Accidental Giant Pork Butt Cook In KC

This morning at 2 am a tractor trailer hauling pork butts overturned on I-435 south bond in the Northland of Kansas City, Mo not far from where I live.  Luckily it was all cleaned up by the time I drove through a 7 am.  New meaning to a pork roast.
