Chicken Thighs and a twisted version of Black Beans and Rice

Started with some thighs that were rubbed with heavy dose of Jamaican Firewalk and breast rubbed with Tsunami Spin on the egg at 400ish raised direct
Instead of rice I used quinoa with the black beans and added corn,cilantro,cumin and cayenne.
All plated up up and ready for the eatin.

Looks good Matt. I have a hard time with quinoa, just tastes like nothingness taking up space, but I'd have a go at that. Really have to dress it up to make me eat it.

The best I've had was definitely with chicken broth. The wife cooks it and she knows I'm not a fan, so she generally uses water. I agree big difference.
