@cazzy @SGH These were def some of the best cooked ribs I have ever made. Spot on. Needed more seasoning, my own fault, I seasoned lightly cause i didn't wanna ruin them lol. Just wanted to work on my fundamentals today. Smoke and seasoning will follow.

@Cookinbob funny, when I was outside the glare on my phone was so bad I couldn't see the screen, so the pics were mostly good luck lol
