Decided some chinese would fit the bill tonight. Pretty dang good stuff.
Used THIS recipe for inspiration.
I marinated my beef before hand with low sodium soy sauce, garlic, little salt, and pepper.
Few not so great pictures (done with cell phone) below. I have a video too, but it has not finished uploading yet.
1 - The lineup and Egg up to temp.
2 - Beef getting ready for sauce
3 - Plated...

It's difficult at times and I hope I don't drop my phone in the food or in the Egg when doing it. The video, in my opinion sucks, but I know many here like to see them for a better visual. I see my self tracking some in the video.------------------------------

Awesome! I definitely like the videos. If you have a chance sometime can you post some shots of the setup? Amount of charcoal, spider setup?Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle
-
Thanks @SkinnyV, @blukay, and @Grillmagic !
@blind99 I sure will. Essentially, I fill up to rim of fire box (not ring). I place the spider where legs are above the fire ring (due to my wok handles, those without may place their spider the other way). That is pretty much it. Get the Egg to 550-600° then get the wok on to get warm. Once your oil starts dancing and smoking a little, you're ready. May have to close the bottom vent if flames get real high.------------------------------
