just let the small get wild and covered it with some wings. After they got a good sear I went indirect and put a little franks on them. Just going to the let them hang and mop them towards the end with head country and franks.

Good looking wings for sure. Wings are my wife's favorite thing off of the egg. Followed by turbo ribs. Again, great looking grub. Enjoy.

Nice, I was planning on doing wings but at the last minute bought a mess of legs. So we're doing chicken legs today. Might still do some wings tomorrow though.Raleigh NC, Large BGE and KJ Joe Jr.

the high q is a game changer. I'm hooked man. I've lit the small 3 times with it in it and in no time it's over 400 and I have to choke it back. It's never ever done that. It is amazing._______________________________________________XLBGE -

My charcoal was used and smaller pieces and it was dying to get over 500 even indirect! I can only imagine what it'll do with new lump. Very pleased and all thanks to @smbishop_______________________________________________XLBGE
