Sesame Crusted Tuna Steak Easter Lunch (Very Pic'y Post)

Tuna Steaks were on sale, and because of the egg spending habit, the house rule is you buy the meat that's on sale. I could eat fish every day, and I have absolutely no idea why I do not...what do you think?

@theyolksonyou I used to feel the same way, if you cook it, just a quick sear...but then that's sashimi...I kind of like the texture of a cooked crust with the raw inside. Makes a great presentation and the texture profile is awesome!

I think that should be my diet to loose all the weigh I have gained, Seafood 4 days a week...
