Cooking 2 maple bourbon glazed hams ( I think it's @egret recipe) tomorrow for my family and the in laws. I couldnt find anything but spiral cut, I hope they still come out good.

Just put on a 20# on myself. Hope it's good cause that's a lot of ham. First ham too.

I use spiral all the time. Works just fine.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

That is gonna be good. My in laws and parents were with us and they loved the one I made for lunch today. Only mod I made was a little red pepper flakes to counter the sweetness.
