Nice we had one this week as well. Anything you would use Old Bay on seems to like Tsunami Spin.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

Looks great, also try Raging River on chickens.
Don't be afraid to use a heavy hand with DP rubs, and you can also add a bit of salt. Get it under the skin as well if you didn't.They/Them
