Was scrounging around in the freezer and I came across a forgotten t-bone. Thought it would make a mighty fine dinner last night. After the T-bone was done and resting prior to slicing, I decided to go check the mail. As promised, Steven Raichlen had sent me a coupla books as an apology. How to Grill will replace my old copy that was literally falling apart at the seams after 15+ years. Haven't looked at the other one yet. This is how we slice our T-bones, then grab a bit from each side. A little more well done than I prefer. I'm outta practice cooking steaks. No plated up pics. I had mine with a bunch of rabbit food, Mrs. G had some rabbit food and some mac n cheese. No carbs for me, please.
