i've been wanting to try this since the showdown, finally got the opportunity. One stuffed with Spinach, bacon, mushrooms, & goat cheese the other with homemade Italian sausage, Apple, pecans, & feta. Hope they turn out.
Any suggestions on how long it will take to cook at 350 degrees?

My guesstimate is about an hour plus or minus 15 minutes to get an internal of around 155F.______________________________________________I love lamp..

Also I'd try to orient the darker meat in the hotter part of the egg (usually the rear). Lookin good!______________________________________________I love lamp..
