I had a medium and a mini, sold em both for the "perfect size" (for me) the day I saw the MM! Built a table, cooked some kabobs to break it in, and then smoked a brisket on Saturday. The brisket turned out great! 250 for 7-8 hours or so, was 4.5 lbs. I believe. Warschester/Honey mustard baste and some rub overnight then threw it on the MM! Not too bad at all for the first low and slow on this thing!

Yeah thanks! I think it turned out alright. I'm gonna stain it once the wood dries out.

Just got the Flame Boss 100 too, I'm gonna try and stuff a bigger brisket in this thing and go to the lake for a day soon, come back to hopefully a perfect brisket! So far, I HIGHLY recommend the Mini Max. Its an awesome little egg. Cooked indirect burgers last night at 350 - AMAZING, and an entire pizza pan full of chopped red potatoes. I need to start taking more pics for ya'll . I always forget!

Looking good! The more I see these kind of posts the more I want one! :-(

Looks good. Just an FYI, if you include the image URL it will embed into the post instead of hyper linking.

Sounds like you've found the perfect egg for you. Nice table for it. Is it still easily mobile too?LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

Man all these new mms showing up. I can't wait till may. Looks good. Like the table.

Thanks! It really is the perfect sized egg for I'd say up to six people or so, possibly 8, will find out soon enough when I cram a larger brisket in there. I have no problem moving the egg around with its carrier by myself, the table is too heavy to move easily (might put casters on it). I am going to cook a whole chicken tonight I think if I have some time, I'll take some pics!

Tried the chicken last night, didn't have a stand so I just laid it down. Prep was sane as brisket, honey mustard and Warsch sauce, covered in a different rub. Indirect at 350 for about an hour and a half. Chicken was 4 lbs. absolutely amazing! I'm gonna do some wings like this. Highly recommend!!

Awesome . . super jealous of your MM! Quick Q . . . is the bottom vent on all eggs the same size? In other words, will a stoker for a LBGE work on a MM?Columbus, OH
