Looking for Easter Cook Ideas

Hi,
Planning a cook for 12-15 people, and was looking for suggestions/ideas from others on what has worked for larger cooks like this. I will not have the time for the real long low and slows, so pork butts and briskets are out I think. This also does not need to be traditional Easter stuff like turkey or ham. Fire away.

A standing rib roast or a couple beef tenderloins is quite special and not very much time commitment at all. If the budget is an issue, I would suggest pork loin or tenderloins as a delicious alternative. So many ways to prepare the pork if you wanted to get crazy. If you go beef, leave it alone. Good luck. Hope the meal is memorable for you.

You might try an assortment of pizzas if you have a pizza stone. Once the pizza stone is heated, you can knock out 3 or 4 pizzas pretty quick. That would also give you time earlier in the day to make some apps on the egg for when guests arrive.Large - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"

I am cooking the Michigan Cherry Glazed Pork Tenderloins from Big Bob Gibson's BBQ book. It is a very easy and delicious meal. One tip if you do make it...make double the glaze so you can have extra! That book is awesome!!

For that many people . . . pork tenderloin sandwiches would work well. You can easily fit 5+ tenderloins on the grill and only takes hour or so to cook.
I made small "slider versions" for a big tailgate and it was a huge hit. I used this recipe from Nibble Me This: http://www.nibblemethis.com/2013/09/smokey-pork-tenderloin-sliders.html

MDSH requested ham, Son in law requested boneless rib roast, I wanted ribs, daughter wants Alaskan king crab legs and the grands want escargot again. The rest of the guests (12) will just have to get what they get. Ha,ha! Side dishes and salads are also in the works.Every day is a bonus day and every meal is a banquet in Winter Springs, Fl !
