spring break this week and nothing else to do so hoping to get some good cooks in. Stumbled onto @NecessaryIndulg blog and got to looking and found some Greek inspiration. Basically followed Her recipe with only a few changes just due to what we already had in the spices and fridge. Went ahead and made the thats ik to let it set in the fridge for a few hours and it's tasting good.
