Crazy Busy Cooking Weekend...

The chicken looks like a total winner. I've been in a poultry "funk" lately. I can't seem to pull off a good spatchcock. Really disappointing.

Thanks everyone for the kind words and like any true egghead I pulled rank on food and it turned out fantastic. Here is a plate shot for now as I only have limited photos but we never ran out of food even with servings this big. We had a full pig 160lbs / bone in chicken breasts and thighs. The vegies came out a bit over cooked but still ok.Hermosa Beach CA

@BigGreenCraig I've also tried the 50/50 burgers, a local butcher shop sells it fresh ground on a regular basis. One question - did you cook the burgers a bit longer than usual since it includes pork? I thought about that about 10 seconds after I put them on the grill. Usually cook med-rare burgers, but didn't want to chance that with the ground bacon mixed in. Mine still turned out tasty but not quite as juicy when cooked longer.

Amazing.
