Is that like I will eat my sprouts if I can have wings?Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

looks good! how was the beer? i like victory hop devil but i've never seen that one.Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle

It's my favorite go to beer....Hoppy and good malt backbone and it's avaiable all year at a fair priceNEPA, Med egg,

I also like doing Tsunami Spin with buffalo sauce. I don't know about "healthy", but healthier than any other wings I am going to eat.
I really like the Victory Dirtwolf and Hop Ranch. Hop Devil, not so much.Large BGE, Mini BGEMorgantown, PA -
They look great and pretty healthy to me. The wings have some fat in them, but this is still much healthier than traditional fried wings.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Well if you can sell it, go for it. I wouldn't eat them every day if you are truly concerned with "healthy". Sound good to me though!

ADS Totally agree..... Hop Ranch is my favorite, but it's only avaiable for about two months a year, it has to be freshNEPA, Med egg,

Food looks great, but I don't think you necessarily needed to pass on the butter. See this link showing a chart w. declining heart disease and the increase in butter consumption.
