Beef Back Ribs now what?

I bought 4 slabs/racks of beef back ribs and I have never cooked them before, they were a Kroger managers special for 27.00 total and I am not sure whether to low & slow or braise them? Any one have a killer method/recipe. Thanks in advance.

The first few times I did them I followed the nibblemethis (BBQ 25) method @Billyray mentioned above. They turned out great and I would recommend it. However, last time I just smoked them straight through for longer and they were equally delicious.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
