Nice pic, how do you like the Divide and Conquer setup?

I love it. I like having the flexibility of direct and indirect cooking

Is that divide and conquer on the AR? Still haven't pulled the trigger on mine - love seeing all the different setups.Mike - (1)LBGE, HeaterMeter v4.2.4

I don't have an egg yet. I try not to post about it, because I really love it here. I own a big joe 24", a classic 18" and jr. 13". When I joined, they said that it was ok, just not to talk about other brands and I would be fine!
I have my eyes set on a minimax though so I will be an official member soon!! -

Looking good. I think Brussels are underratedColumbia, SC --- LBGE 2011 -- MINI BGE 2013

it was my first time cooking them ever. My wife and dad love them, so I made them today and had my dad come over. I cooked them indirect for 45 min, then put them in a foil pouch that I made with a bit of water and sealed it up. It steamed them a bit and softened them up! pulled them and sprinkled with arm cheese

Nice job on the steaks and BSprouts. A lot of the members here have another cooker/grill and just don't talk about them. And then there are a few members that talk a lot about their non BGE cookers. Makes no difference to me as long as you support the BGE and contribute to the forum. Welcome!
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
