Options
 A whole tray of chicken wings from Sam's with the Tips cut off cook at 375 indirect with 4 chunks of cherry Rubbed with Weber's  Honey garlic rub, this is 30 minutes at 375 the. wings on the left have been turned the ones on the right are the way they were at about 30 minutes

    Not much heat however they are very good, were they best wings I have ever had no but I would make them again. It's hard to beat wings off the Egg and this rub was very good. I'm a sucker for a good rub, that didn't sound right...

    Nothing on them but rub, the wings were right out of the package to which I cut the tips off them and just sprinkled them with rub, platesetter legs up drip pan grate and wings. We really like chicken with cherry wood.
