This is what I use north of the border in toronto. It is from Argentina and has huge pieces with hardly any small pieces or dust and is very dence heavy lump.

The guy at ACE kept telling me he had all the lump I wanted when he had just four bags out. When I told him I wanted 10-15 bags, he kept asking me if I owned a restaurant. I told him that I was a just a guy that likes to cook and bought all seven bags he had.

Here's another pic from about two years ago. It was two warehouses ago......that huge door was so you could pull a train car into it. The tracks were sunken so you could drive a forklift into the box car. -

No, not really. We ended the relationship with one dealer, so it opened up a slot for someone else. On the new warehouse, it's just closer to our shipper.....not bigger or any more special than the old one. It's a PIA for me to get to, but we ship a lot more than I personally deliver now.

Loader, pallet forks, 3pt straight blade, and a 3pt trailer hitch. Need a box blade, and maybe a rake. It's really like to get the backhoe for it, but it's so much cheaper and easier to just rent a TrackHoe for the day.

This is the Orange lump I get here in the Bay Area, very hard, burns hot and neutral, little ash, I love it. I believe it is an Eggs By The Bay exclusive.
