First cook at the new casa. Did a quick marinate on some gorgeous ribeyes from the Kroger deli.
Little Dales
Minced garlic
Minced onion
Herbs
Chili powder
Vacuum sealed and fridge for 2 hours.
Used the small. She isn't my best friend right now but it was a fire. Took them off around 105-110 because they started burning. I struggled with the fire on the small.
No plated picture because it was a mess getting the kids food ready and trying to enjoy the steaks. Lol.
Here's my new egg porch. Gotta get the table clean and some pavers to put the eggs on. I forgot I needed them and left them in a stack of bricks at the old house in Mississippi.

Congrats on the new house. Steaks sound great .
The forum was changed recently and then method for posting pics is slightly different. On the tool bar click the icon that looks like a document. If copying from photobucket paste the "direct link" in the Image URL.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -

Yes I am a woman, so I have to say....LOVE the kitchen (from what I could see). Been dreaming of a new kitchen for a while, but a recent $8100 plumbing disaster just put us back a bit. Dales is a staple here in the house also, but I don't know about a 2 hour marinade. It's potent stuff. The steaks looked great, and your helper is a cutie We also use the vacuum sealer to marinade a lot! Glad your first "cook" there was such a memorable one!

She is a cutie.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
