Procured 47 bags this afternoon. That gives me 600 lbs so I'll keep egging for a while. 
The store manager told me Harps is scheduled to receive 3000 bags between all their stores to be sold 8 bags per week per store....$5.85. He said he would try to get me another pallet and call me. For those close to a Harps market I'd check on Thursdays.
