Enjoyed it. Better than cooking it in the hot box. Subtle smoke from the lump. Like a hamburger roast. Will do this again.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

One of my favorite and easy cooks on the Egg. Nice job.

Meatloaf on the Egg is something i just started doing a couple years ago and since then I think there has only been one made in the oven that I wasn't home to cook. Like @YEMTrey said, very simple and very good.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Not much dripping or smoke onto the plate setter cause it was 93/7 ground beef.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

My first time Egging it. Glad I put the extra effort in to Egg it instead of simply in the oven. More defined crust. Slight smokiness. Not dry at all.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
