Cooked two butts yesterday 7 hours avg temp 250deg pulled at IT195 ... Foiled and towel in cooler for additional 45 mins ... Was delicious nice smoke ring and some great bark very moist ... Used apple for smoke and a homemade rub here's a couple pics

I never do one butt, in fact I always stuff as much as I can fit in my egg then vac seal and freeze what I don't use.
