Back (not baby) Ribs & Twice Baked Potatoes

Raging river dry rub
Sprayed apple cider every hour for the last 3 hours.

Potatoes were on the egg for 5 hours then I removed them to prepare the filling:  potato flesh, cheese, sour cream, shallot, bacon and pepper.  Topped with some more cheese and back on the egg for 45 minutes.

Finished with a chocolate mousse.

No fork.
