corned beef points

noticed today that there was plenty of points forsale at the supermarket, the points make for better pastrami and after pats day when the corned beef goes on sale they will be missing. just a heads up for those that buy a few for later cooks

flats are always a bit dry to me, started with points last year and like them far better

I've never seen points, always just flats. Are they labeled differently or priced differently?

same price, will say point or thick cut verse flat cut up here, there were big ones but i bought the smaller 3 pounders

Wegmans only has the flats... never seen a point packaged that way

The points are $1.99 a pound and flats $3.99 in my area but I struck out for the points. They go to fast.

I have seen the point at wegmans. I've seen it as the dinner package that is ready for the oven @hapster
