Seared chicken on CI griddle then placed on the top rack to finish it off. Not a over the top cook, but I thought it would be nice to share pics of some good lookin chicken.

Thanks! If your wondering. The little blob of meat are the trimmings from the breast. I always make them for my dog, since he is my grilling assistant.

Dude, you should post more "not over the top" posts...

I love Taco Tuesdays.
When I'm being lazy, 3 tacos for $1.09 at Del Taco, buy nine and feed my family for <$3.50 (How often can you go to a restaurant and feed a family of 3 for that cheap?)
When I'm not being lazy, I make a variety of tacos. One of the family favorites is Bacon, Asparagus, & Pepper jack cheese. Lots of cheese melted like in a Quesadilla, but in a soft corn tortilla like a taco. I also like carnitas. My son & I like fish tacos, but not the wife. I also like to make a ground beef mix with sauce and I add corn to my ground beef mixture for tacos.
BTW, your tacos look scrumdilicious, however, I would prefer them with boneless skinless thigh meat. I know some people love the breast meat, but I find it to be the worst part of the chicken. I really hate the way our chicken industry has bred chickens for large breasts. About the only way I like chicken breast meat is to treat it like tuna-fish and make chicken salad sandwiches. After it is shredded and mixed with mayonnaise, it finally becomes moist in my book. Hmm, maybe chicken salad tacos would be tasty. I like corn tortillas more than slices of bread.

3 tacos for $1.09! That's a helluva deal. I LOVE fish tacos. I usually make tacos with whatever is on sale. Opportunities are endless and you have a lot of great ideas. Thanks!
