My basic Friday night meal. I normally use just S & P for USDA Prime steak but tonight I opted for some Cow Lick and glad I did.

@Nanook I just dry the surface of the steak with a paper towel and brush on a light coat of veggie oil. I used to use evoo but the smoke point of veggie oil is higher.In Manchester, TNVol For Life!

Almost forgot the ribs, warmed up some ribs I cooked Sunday in the Sous Vide at 128* for a little over 2 hours. Came out as good as the day they were cooked.
The ribs ended up being dessert since I forgot about them in the sous vide. Better than ice creamIn Manchester, TNVol For Life! -
