bbq tater

Options
baked potato in olive oil and sea salt wrapped in foil. Cut out the center, added a pat of butter and added leftover pulled pork.  Topped with bbq sauce and cheese. Cooked 10 more minutes. Finally a dollop of daisy. Not bad.
