Where is the "insert image" button?

I am trying to post some pics of a cook, the insert image button has disappeared !!!!!!!
Using Chrome on a desktop. Anybody else experiencing this problem?

In the comment box it's the little page icon that has the corner turned down.

It is the eight icon above the comment box, it looks like the figure 8 or handcuffs.

Wow, it is 10 days since my last post. Did I miss a notice or am I the only one who was too dense to figure it out on my own?

If I go to the smiley face icons it only gives me about 8 to choose from where should I go for the balance..Thanks

Type ":" followed by some description of what you're looking for. Takes a little guess work. I.e. ":pirate"

of course leave out the ""
