Who has the best Pastrami recipe?

Been searching, but who has the best? Brined 3 small flats and soaked them in fresh water afterwards. Already put a coriander and pepper rub on them, but not sure on time and temp to pull.

Cook at 250 till they are 205 internal. Check out third eyes recipe I think is what I use

I prefer to only smoke my pastrami to 140 to 150, then into the pressure cooker for 30-45 minutes, depending on the thickness of the slab.
