Those looks great. I had all intentions of doing a prime packer today.... until I called around to order. $13.00 CAD per pound! I get that beef prices are high but, they've been high before and I was always able to get leaner cuts at relatively cheaper prices. $170 for a 13lb brisket is just insane. First two briskets went fast for lunch (feeding 25 here today). We have one more coming off in a few hours....we should have pics then. Tasty stuff (paid 4.50lb for a case of 5).
