Loaded up the MM and HuskerMaMa & I hit the open road for a little date. Sorry but, I can't figure out how to do my normal narrative pictorial. Grouper in CI pan using a basil, garlic butter. Just lite S&P on the fillets. Topped with a pestou/pesto I made using basil, 3 cloves of garlic, whole multicolored peppercorns, EVOO, lime zest, lime juice, pinch of kosher salt and pine nuts. Served on romaine lettuce. 
Then some fresh Louisiana Oysters with butter and hot sauce. Now I'm home enjoying a cold one and some more oysters cooked and in the raw.
