A Salmon Sort Of Night

We had some "Salmon-in-a-Bag" from Sam's Club and thought we would try something from long ago. Judy remembered that GrillMeister cooked some really great salmon. She emailed him and he wrote back that it was a Dizzy Pig recipe. Apply Raging River rub liberally, let percolate for a while, cook direct, baste with a butter & maple syrup mix on first flip and again on second flip and again just for good measure.

Excellent. Might serve some in Salado.
