I wasn't going to post this, but it turned out purdy.

Had some steaks left over from my son's 13th birthday dinner last week. I bought a couple of tenderloins and sliced up. Froze a couple of left overs. Those went into a pot of hot water for about 45 min.

For the egg, fired up to 400 ish, grilled up some carrots, romaine topped with red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, dried garlic, red pepper flakes, and asiago for a couple minutes. Followed with cherry tomatoes.

Cut up the romaine and carrots, topped with tomatoes, cashews, dried cranberries and steak. Nice meal.
