I searched for the thread I saw these in but couldn't find it.
Anyway, put the ground beef into a large ziplock and flatten it. I used a pizza cutter to cut it into even squares then cut open the bag and throw on the griddle or pizza pan(I don't have a griddle).
I did 400* direct for about 3-5 min per side I think. Then built the burgers on King's Hawaiian rolls, mayo mustard, pickles, and cheese(I used Munster).
Then into foil and back onto egg to "steam" with butter on top bun. So so good.
