Cooked the pizza at 700F and came out great. Had a bit chewy dough so have to adjust for that next time. Liked the flavor and had a hint of Maple as I cooked it over Maple lump. At least my youngest daughter likes it.

The pizza looks great and the last photo is what's it's all about. Maybe the dough was chewy because it was worked too much? Either while making or stretching. I like the set-up, never tried with legs down.
Thanks for posting.Dave

How did you make your gluten free crust? I'm still looking for a recipe that I like. I've tried several and still not happy.

@s_claus have you tried gluten free mama mix? It is the best we have found. @saskegger we have been GF for almost four years and pizza was the one thing we missed. We tried bobs red mill and thought the same thing it was chewy. We started using gluten free mama and love that. If you stick with the BRM pizza mix they sell 25# bags at restaurant depot for $35.

Thanks. I'll try one of those.

@Firemanyz thanks for the info. I'll look into the Mama Mix. I've never heard of it before so I hope it's available up here.

If all else fails look on Amazon. We buy a lot of our gluten free products from Amazon. Also my wife will buy the GF mama flour and add a few thing to it to make the pizza crust. I have posted the GF mama recipe from her cookbook before. Do a search of GF pizza and you should be able to find it.
-
@Firemanyz Thanks. I'll have to see if it ships to Canada and what the freight is. Amazon.com doesn't always ship up here, usually use Amazon.ca, but it doesn't have GF Mama products.

Egg free??? Do most gluten-free doughs use egg?? I do mine ON and egg, but no egg IN the pizza... I suppose that still makes it not egg-free??
Mine is flour (semolina, regular)+salt+oil+water+yeast. No egg. Obviously this is also NOT gluten free. I also fixed pizza yesterday in ~15degree weather. Sorry, I don't do pics. Turned out perfect - let the egg get to ~650 for ~30-40 minutes. DANG GOOOD!!!!
