Just received a Large BGE for Christmas. A gift from my wife - great gal...
I done a few cooks. The ribs, steaks, burgers and salmon were great. The spatchcocked chicken needs work. But I'm still learning.
I've been lurking here for a few weeks and just joined the forum. Between this site and others on the net, I've managed to get off to a good start.
I live in NE Georgia, about 30 miles NE of Atlanta. And yes that is me and Mrs. Claus in the picture.
I'm looking forward to becoming part of the group.
Ed
