Cooked some baby backs for lunch today. Was surprised how easy they were. Turned out fantastic.
Cooked at 275- 300 indirect straight through no foil for about 4 hours until they pasted the bend test. Covered with dizzy dust and finished with bone suckin bbq sauce for the last 20 minutes. Will be doing these again!

That's how I felt my first time. I had been using my $35 Brinkman smoker for years, but hated how I had to nurse it along on cool or cold days and it never did what I wanted even on hot days. Wow! My egg just holds temp for hours and ribs are done to perfection! Welcome!Lovin' my Large Egg since May 2012 (Richmond, VA) ... and makin' cookbooks at https://FamilyCookbookProject.com
