Flattened out 1 lb of ground beef thinly in a gallon sized ziplock with a rolling pin. Then cut 9 equal burgers out of it. Technique worked well! Grilled them up in batches of 3 and served them on buttered and grilled rolls with cheese, mayo, ketchup, mustard, red onions, roasted jalapeño, lettuce and tomato. Here are the pix:

Wow never seen this approach before, great idea. I am surprised you didnt use a cast iron skillet? I would be afraid the thin patty would fall through the grates . . but looks like you nailed it. Very niceNOTE: its getting late, but you can still reserve a table at White Castle for V-DAY dinner!Columbus, OH

Did you place the wax paper/parchment into the gallon bag prior to rolling? Also, once finished did cut the sides of the gallon zip loc to remove the meat or just pull it out?
-
Thx guys! @Griffin, only 3. Gotta maintain this amazing physique. B-) @tolsen5899 , I didn't use any wax paper. Just threw a lb of meat in a gallon bag and squished it thin. Then cut the sides of the bag to get it out.
