Meat Loaf in Greensboro..

Options
Giving this a try...
1 pound ground sirloin
1 pound ground chuck
1 pound country style sausage
sautéed 2 onions, 1 red pepper, garlic, mushrooms.
3 eggs
2 cups Wisconsin Extra Sharp cheddar cheese.
tomato paste, a squeeze of  anchovy paste.
Seasoned with Penzeys Greek seasoning,Ozark style seasoning, Ancho Chili pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, S&P
Mixed everything together and moulded into the loaf shape on top of a weave of bacon.
Dusted with Bone Suckin Sauce seasoning..

Plan on 325 indirect...To be served with a Broccoli bake, and sliced tomatoes...
