Beef ribs, wings and chicken breast. I have no idea what I'm doing "raised and direct" but me and Mr. Bourbon are having fun trying to figure it out.

Good Bourbon makes everything better. I was given a bottle of Bookers for Christmas. 140 proof if I'm not mistaken. Goes down like ice water. I don't know what I've learned but don't rush Bookers.
