Sher-Bear has been on a 4 week challenge so I've been healthy. Tonight...

Pulled pork loaded taters. Damn it was good. I've enjoyed eating healthy. ..lost a belt size but tonight was a treat.

I hope there is some bacon in there somewhere. I hit 212 not long ago which is the heaviest I have ever been so its time. Want to get back to the 180 range. PBR is diet right?
