I normally host a Super Bowl party, but this year I couldn't because of some home projects. I ended up going to a friends house for the game. They had tons of food and asked me to cook an appetizer. So here it is...

Did some ABTs, wing lollipops, beef ribs, and did a test run of pulled pork cubans. Cubans came out un-freaking-believable, a lot of work, but was a good time. Made a mojo sauce for an injection and threw together a cuban flavored rub.
